This fundraiser is just getting started, and sharing helps so much in the early days. Const. Mike McCurdy’s heroic actions prevented a tragic attack on the Jewish community, saving countless lives. While he’s physically okay, the emotional toll is significant, and he deserves our support. Please consider donating or sharing to help us show our gratitude and ensure he feels the community’s appreciation. Every share makes a difference! gofund.me/b93cdef19

This community synagogue in Belleville was attacked while gathering for Yom Kippur, and now they need help to rebuild and secure their space. They’re aiming to raise $90,000 for essential security work like repairing windows and strengthening the building. With 75% of the goal reached in just 3 days, this is a sign of strong support, but they still need help to hit the finish line. Even a small donation or share can make a difference in helping families, children, and elders feel safe to gather again. Please consider donating or sharing to help them reach their goal and keep their community safe and strong. gofund.me/a9dfe8d48

Every bit helps in making their synagogue safe and welcoming once more. gofund.me/a16504187

These two stole all the bags of firewood available for sale roadside for the second time in less than a month.
They have enough money for a +$100k Denali pickup but would rather steal than pay people for their hard work.
Make them famous, these people are turning Canada into a low trust society.

Many of us who are not Americans have come to assume that Americans (even Democrats) tacitly agree with Trump that the whole of North America from the Panama Canal to Greenland and Canada should belong to them. The complacency is approval.
No other first world nation would allow their leader to behave like this. Unless there is a serious glitch in your governmental system, the fact that he is still in office and hasn't been legally removed indicates widespread silent approval of his behaviour.

Canada is fighting for its sovereignty. The U.S. is fighting for... more expensive cans of Coke? That's why Canada has the upper hand. We're fighting to defend something, while the Americans are fighting to defend Trump's dumb pride

FINAL WARNING TO USA: Manage your guns and criminals to prevent murders in Canada. Canadians are paying the price for US inaction, year after year.
Sovereignty comes with responsibility, and your responsibility to prevent guns from crossing into another country has not been met.
FINAL WARNING TO CANADA: Manage your forests to prevent these fires. American lungs are paying the price for Canadian inaction, year after year.
Sovereignty comes with responsibility, and the responsibility to prevent a foreseeable disaster from crossing into another country’s airspace has not been met.

A brand new bridge between Detroit and Canada is finished and ready to open. It would speed up traffic for millions of trucks, cut delays for American businesses, and help the auto industry that employs people in every state. There is just one problem.
Donald Trump won’t let it open.
Here is why.
The family that owns the old bridge stands to lose business when the new one opens. So in January, they gave one million dollars to a pro-Trump super PAC.
Weeks later they met with Trump’s Commerce Secretary.
He called Trump.
Hours after that, Trump announced he would block the new bridge. The opening was set for June 12. It got canceled the day before. The bridge sits there finished and empty.
Now here is the part that should make every taxpayer angry.
Canada paid for the entire bridge.
Every dollar. And the United States already owns half of it for free. Trump is holding up a bridge we got for nothing, to protect a donor who wrote him a check, while picking a fight with our closest ally and biggest trading partner.
This is corruption in plain sight.
A billionaire pays, and the President delivers. American workers and businesses pay the price.
Open the bridge. A government should work for the people, not for whoever writes the biggest check.

IF CANADA COULD have only one fighter aircraft and USA was a stalwart, reliable ally, as was the case when the F35 was chosen by the RCAF, it would be the best choice.
But conditions have changed.
USA is no longer a trustworthy ally. Canada cannot afford to fly only the F35.

You want sleaze? Here's sleaze.
1. Despite a $120,000 family income, @oliviachow lived in the publicly-subsidized Hazelburn co-op in Toronto and paid $800 a month for a three bedroom + den unit.
2. According to the co-op, she should have been paying hundreds more.
3. Thousands of people were on the waiting lists for the kinds of units Chow occupied. She moved out shortly after getting caught by the media.
4. All of that is verifiably true. And it is considered so damaging, Chow's campaign has done secret focus group research on what to say about it.
5. That's sleazy, Tom. #topoli

2025 WAS THE YEAR I became a Zionist.
It wasn’t the war in Gaza that did it. It was the madness of protesters on the streets of my own city who convinced me the state of Israel is a necessity.

WHEN YOU TELL someone you don’t respect them and you don’t want anything they have to sell, don’t be surprised when they find someone else to do business with.
Expecting any other outcome is delusional.
