Teia Woman aims to elevate woman, however known or unknown she may be. We're looking for art that engages with her many facets, roles, and destinies, resisting any single account of what womanhood is or should be.
In a region where tradition has too often decided, on her behalf, who she is and what she is for, this question carries particular weight, though it is far from a regional one alone.
The exhibition will be a side event of @belgradebw, hosted at @ulus_udruzenje Pavilion Cvijeta Zuzorić - the most significant art space in Serbia, built as an art exhibition pavilion 100 years ago. 🙏
