We handed an AI agent a brief for a recipe app, and one folder to read: our design system. The screens in the video are what it generated. Nobody touched them by hand. Experimental, not a feature of the current product. dribbble.com/shots/27807054-…

Our design team just opened DuoApps, a knowledge base on designing apps for iPhone Duo: rules by screen type, a proof level on every line, and demos you can play with. Open to anyone, free to reuse with a credit. duoapps.com
The DuoApps name dates from 2009, before it became GoodBarber. We brought it back, and made it an open knowledge base on designing apps for iPhone Duo. duoapps.com/

What looks like an icon and a word is a component with 17 properties. Background, border, shadow, shape, size, orientation, padding, spacing. The icon and the label carry their own. 17 is the floor, not the ceiling. dribbble.com/shots/27602527-…

Your GoodBarber app is now in the Claude connectors directory. Search GoodBarber, click Connect to Claude, sign in with your back-office token. Then run your app in plain language. Claude reads freely and asks before it writes. How it works: goodbarber.com/blog/your-goo…

On a large screen, our TabBar isn't redesigned. It stands up and moves to the side. Same entries, same selected state, moving on both at once. Set once, turned by the component itself. dribbble.com/shots/27601471-…

We had to design a tab bar for apps that don't exist yet. Not one bar. A system that produces a good one for every app built on the platform, in colors and fonts we never choose. Here's what that changes.

From the bar, it knows things a single entry could not. It flips sides on its own in right-to-left languages. It can sit one way on a phone and another on a desktop. That's a move a component library makes and a one-off design never has to.

Three layouts shipped: Bold, Minimal and Clean. Most of what separates them is how each one says "you are here". The full case study, with the anatomy and the system underneath: behance.net/gallery/25348269…

An app can die without a single line of its code changing. Day one compressed from three months to three minutes. The 1,094 days after haven't moved by an hour. What actually breaks when nobody touches an app for three years: dev.to/goodbarber/what-break…

Every international football tournament, we run our traditional @MonPetitGazon contest at @goodbarber. This year (World Cup!), I got curious: could our AI Extension Builder actually build me a page to follow every fixture and result, live? So one evening, I tried. 🧵
