Geekily excited to be sending some @Riverford kale and soil off for analysis today as part of @Grffn_CIC research. We're also having a little micronutrient "kale off" with @IncredibleVeg, well, a "compare and contrast" annual v perennial experiment.

If not you, then who?
If not now, then when?

Forest Row used to have an incredible village tip & recycling centre. In 2018 it was closed. Now the site is up for sale. But the community wants it back. Huge benefits: #zerowaste, employment, social cohesion.. @EastSussexCC decide on October 14th - will they do the right thing?

I'm excited - and nervous - to reveal that my first book, Riding Out, will be published in Spring 2022.
It's about a 3,427-mile bike ride around Britain at one of the toughest periods in its history.
It's also a very personal journey through loss, love and anxiety.
