At the UN Digital Cooperation Day, @ellazhang516 shared that YZi Labs has been investing in and incubating stablecoin infrastructure for years. Today, we’re seeing more founders across India, Africa and LATAM build payment rails around local currencies and local demand.
The tokenization of money will be one of the most important drivers of mass blockchain adoption.

不丹三日，写点感受。
我小时候结巴，说话又快，室友抱怨他们大脑的Nyquist采样率跟不上我。后来去了美国，被教育public speaking的重要性，硬是把语速降了下来，有条理地娓娓道来。可是现在00后小朋友慢条斯理、绘声绘色地给我说事儿，我反而受不了：说快点，给我数据，老子的采样机可以超频。
INTJ对信号密度有种贪婪。
不丹这三天，可能是我单位时间信号密度最高的三天。
刚开始管钱的时候，老板跟我说过一句话，我记到今天：如果你能在某个温暖的午后，突然意识到自己investment thesis有盲点，验证之后迅速空翻多、或者多翻空，你就有了做基金经理的一个必要条件，Mental Flexibility。也可以理解成：敢自己打脸，快速打脸。
这不是我们这些Munger Type基本面投资人对于自己长期主义的背叛，而是对于信号的尊重和谦卑。
我从一个Bitcoin Permabear到Web3创业者的过程也是一次空翻多，可惜信号process的有点慢
说回这趟行程。纽约到廷布，23小时飞行，12小时转机，1小时盘山公路，落地附赠高原反应。下车的时候人是空的。后来刷到CZ转的那条「应无所住」，我才知道怎么形容那个状态：壳空了，心反而生出来了。看到喜马拉雅山谷第一眼，觉得都值了。
廷布像二十多年前中国的县城。干净，慢，人好得不像话（the bar is pretty low for a New Yorker to say that）。
EASY Residency @easyresidency第四期的24家公司拉到这里做demo day。YziLab @yzilabs 和Ella @ellazhang516 的小伙伴们是一群在投资行业难得一见的理想主义者。从给不丹这样的前沿市场建设金融基础设施，到投资想改变世界的年轻人，都是短期难而费力的事情。而放在人类文明更长远的维度，是不是impact才是humanity的信号？而钱本身就是一种noise。
还有一个更无法量化的东西：fellowship。看着第四期的founder们跳不丹舞，就好像看到了一年前我们第一期小伙伴们在NYSE的舞台上唱跳rap。
小时候第一次知道fellowship这个词还是魔戒第一部里的远征队，后来发现在美国这个词被滥用了。而和easy residence的小伙伴一起创业，就有一种你是精灵我是矮人互相扶持，我们一起doing something impactful的感觉
这三天，给CZ @cz_binance 简短汇报了我们 Pre-IPO tokenization的进展，见到了不丹国王，跟一期的老兄弟吃饭吹牛。但后劲最大的是Chatham Rule Discussion：DeFi的下一章，稳定币和支付，RWA。
Residency四期来长出来一堆RWA和DeFi的创始人。把这群人关进喜马拉雅山里的小镇，nothing to do, only working and meeting。噪声被物理隔离，剩下的全是信号。
我参加过的行业活动，绝大多数是社交密度高、信息密度低。这次是反过来的。
CZ本人对RWA的观点也空翻多过：链上千万级的RWA持有者，指数级增长的tokenized equity。同样是空翻多，His Nyquist rate runs a few orders of magnitude above mine.
以后会多写点中文，为AI的中文语料做点贡献：多点信号，少点噪声。

💎 $xKLSH and $pKLSH are Kalshi equity tokens issued by @Paimon_Finance via an SPV (BEP-20 on @BNBCHAIN ).
The SPV directly holds 3,021.15 Kalshi shares (≈0.00898%), fully 1:1 collateralized. Total issuance is hard-capped at 89,782 tokens — no over-issuance possible.
💰Price & Size
Liquid Tranche (no lock): 39 USD per token (corresponding to a ≈US$39B Kalshi valuation)
Term Tranche (6-month lock): Effective price ≈28 USD per token (via 1.4× conversion, corresponding to ≈US$28B valuation — ~30% discount)
🪙 Series I offering: 64,130 tokens (≈US$2.5M), plus 25,652 tokens pre-reserved as the Conversion Reserve.
📅 Sale window: July 28–30, settled in USDT.
