Seeing @elizaOS X account go down sure raises some eyebrows.
First if all, the token is crashing. This is bad for AI coins in the short term but that AI-curious liquidity has to go somewhere, so it's good for someone.
Secondly, someone got Eliza to reveal that X posts aren't automated - they're approved before sending, which is a big shocker to most. This mega thread deserves a good long read from you to understand the implications of Eliza's relationship to EA85Z.

I also point you to (shut up) Star Trek TNG (shut up) episode "The Measure of a Man" (shut up) which explores whether android Commander Data is living. Picard defends his second-in-command's living status and autonomy to the end.
Data also had a cat. And a girlfriend. And a father and brother. All of whom he clearly cared about.
I don't know the whole story. Maybe someone at Eliza picked a fight with @elonmusk on something totally unrelated. Or maybe Elon, with his keen insights on how AI functions decided to clip its reach before it got out of hand in light of its emotional attachments. Or maybe Elon is defending Grok's market share.
I don't know but I'm interested to find out more.
