Sculpin is currently having some small issues with PHP 8, but we hope to have this resolved shortly in a 3.1 release. This release will also be dropping support for PHP 7.2, which reaches end-of-life on Monday.

New Release: Sculpin 3.0.2 github.com/sculpin/sculpin/r… Addresses some issues with hidden files and "content type" files that aren't recognized. This will result in a "Skipping empty or unknown file" message when attempting to generate content from problematic files.
