Faoi láthair tá meon an fháis (growth mindset) a chur chun cinn againn @GCLuimnigh. Tá sé iontach chun féachaint ar a leithéidí Gearóid Hegarty & Brian Fenton mar eiseamláirí do seo. Theip siad ach lean siad ar aghaidh ag obair go dian i dtreo a spriocanna! Creid ionat féin!

Some nice implications for coaches in here:
1. Plan/review to consider what you want the athlete to be thinking about
2. Focus attention on the important stuff, rather than just aiming for engagement
3. Use discovery learning with care

I loved this. Gabriel Heinze was Velez's manager, and he went to see a game played by Velez's youth against Chacarita.
Velez won the game.
After the game, Heinze saw some children crying from the rival team, Chacarita, and he came to advise them.
