Not much of a Twitter guy, but I’ll use this opportunity to let you know hottype.co was just launched and I couldn’t be more happy about it. Buy fonts, check our client work or just peek the background stories behind each release 🙌 – at Republic of Croatia

I didn’t know it was possible, but that “g” I love from Kabel is even radder w/ Radion (a new font + evolution of Kabel from @general_type) generaltypestudio.com/fonts/…

Replying to @hardwig @adamtwar @general_type
With its alternates, Radion nicely echoes Klingspor’s Neu-Kabel (AKA Cable perfect), a revision from 1953 with more Futura-like forms.

I’ve known Hendrik Vervliet as a man of rare warmth, friendliness, generosity and loyalty, a bonvivant. But next to all that, academically, Hendrik is simply irreplaceable. A Pantheon of knowledge. An expert that took time and immense passion to become. Farewell my friend. #RIP
