Absolutely pathetic experience with the @OfficialDMRC Momentum 2.0 app! Travelled from New Ashok Nagar to Botanical Garden, where the actual fare is ₹21 (or ₹19 by card), but this app deducted ₹40 under "Excess Fare" with a glitch showing "Exit Time: Invalid date".
