Kudos @cphillsawa
It's time to move beyond credit. At Sawa, we're building a platform in partnership with @HomepointLoans and @commoncentslab that leverages the power of community to increase a person's capacity to pay their revolving debts. We're grateful to our partners!

The credit disparities are worth investigating but it's way more complex than framing it as "big bad banks" acting in bad faith. A major obstacle to good credit flowing more freely is the old credit scoring that misses worthy ppl & businesses. #bankingbelow30 @DavidSchechter

An analysis by @ncrc, for @wfaa, shows many banks make relatively few loans in low-income neighborhoods below I-30 but make large investments in low-income apartments in neighborhoods where families cannot thrive. #BankingBelow30
Thank you @JakeCorman & @RepBenninghoff for speaking up proactively and unequivocally for the sake of democracy and the common good.
An important and patriotic pro-democracy statement from Republican leaders in the PA legislature. They set the rules in advance and they are trusting those rules and the election officials and voters of both parties throughout the state.

NOTE: The breakages in our politics existed before Nov 3, 2020, and they will exist after — no matter who wins. Cross-partisan political innovation is the way forward. Without it, we’ll remain stuck on the same unhealthy page in our history. We have to turn the page...together.
Making my own SVP Grilled Cheese! It was fun trying to keep up with @cafemomentum's @viva_chato & crew. Onion jam was awesome but I think I missed a step on the salad dressing! #bigBANGtx
