Excellent! Well done @rtaylorjones and @Quinn_Estates. Now let’s see all other building companies follow your example.
So easy to criticise new build estates but check this thread out about Grove Park at Sellindge by @Quinn_Estates

To GRO or not to GRO 🤔my lunchtime #greenroof inspection.
Our #GreenRoofs must provide a range of natural benefits & be biodiverse. Our #GreenRoof plants need substrate 2 grow in. Mats/blankets on mineral wool don't deliver 4 nature, wellbeing, climate change or sustainability
Kicking off the Register of land based operations - ROLO training today at @UrbanFoundry #UrbanKitchenHQ for the 2nd part of our CRF funded #LANTRA Green Roof 🌱 installation & maintenance course. With @livingrooftops, @SwanseaCouncil @NatResWales.

It's got the lot: food growing, pond, greenhouses, biosolar roof, balcony planters, climbing plants, rainwater harvesting. Construction underway.
'I'm as happy as can be' loving life on his way to @sthelensp this morning.
Would be great if we had a #SafeRouteToSchool for active travel to avoid the slalom feel to the school run though.
