Skip the manual dashboard digging. Use this #HerokuConnect diagnostic command to audit your Salesforce<>Postgres data sync for connection environment bottlenecks, missing constraints, or unsupported field types. Details: sforce.co/4xRTe3C #SalesforceIntegration #PostgreSQL

If you simply use their containers and no data products or addons it’s still good. Heroku dynos, Postgres on Planetscale, Redis with Dragonfly.

TBH we're still happy with Heroku + Daytona sandbox instances for agent execution (for non+Ruby agents or those who need bash) + Sidekiq (Ruby agents, no bash). Not new and sexy but SuperDuper has been rock solid on this stack

Railway went down yesterday. Google Cloud locked their account, some customers couldn't even see their own projects. Few months back we moved Revize off Fly to Heroku. Not cheaper, not trendier. Just battle-tested. ...when 9-figure brands run on you, your job is to be the most boring part of their stack.

Our AirBnB in Stockholm (Södermalm) is rental/public housing, prob from 90s or 00s. Two observations: 1. It’s plain but also good: no noise from neighbors, good layout, playground in courtyard 2. Next to shared laundry in basement is a bomb shelter with massive steel blast doors

I also realized that seeing a bomb shelter and blast door every time you go do your laundry has purpose other than keeping folks safe in case of all-out-war: It gives you a sense that society is prepared whatever may come and dispels fatalistic hopelessness

Would be great if @SFFDPIO could start a similar transition
And they said it couldn’t be done. They said you can’t use smaller apparatuses. They said we need 35’ curb to curb. They said we don’t have room for bike lanes. Keep doubt’n, look at us now.

Where is this text? Note that you can still use Docker Toolbox which doesn't require Hyper-V: docs.docker.com/toolbox/tool…
