The graduates of Kharkiv School 134 still decided to take photos in front of their school that was destroyed by Russians. There are 111 schools that are completely destroyed by Russia in Ukraine. This number will grow unless Ukrainian army can stop them.

You can now read about the "Kiss of Src" at: elifesciences.org/articles/6… How Src does it to GBF1 and how it makes it leave the Golgi, taking the tubular car, Arf1 and the GALNTs with it ... PG13 for scenes of extensive phosphorylation!

Src activates retrograde membrane traffic through phosphorylation of GBF1

Src phosphorylates GBF1, promoting binding of the Sec7 domain to Arf1 and the formation of GALNTs containing tubules emanating from the Golgi.

Interesting from @fred_bard! Src phosphorilates the GEF GBF1 which activates ARF1 for tubules formation while COPI vesicle formation is unaffected!

Beautiful modelization. Glycosylation changes with age, it is also variable between individuals. Could it explain some of the differences in severity observed among patients?
