ragebait for me is when you see dudes wading in wet concrete because not only are there better ways to do it, but they're veritably proving they didn't use rebar since they're not tripping constantly
Even esotericists usually can't go beyond the second veil, the Abyss, at Da'at, like a black hole that separates the top
Above it are Keter, Hockmah, and Binah, the supernal triad. Christians might recognize the shape of the Trinity: three persons, one substance.
Core point of this thread is that the tools that got you this far won't take you any further.
Each veil asks for a new mode of self/mind, and because we have selves, some regions may stay closed to us.
Good traditions teach a mix of awe at the mystery and honesty about our limits.
if you like this sort of thing, I have other threads about aspects of how this tradition developed elsewhere

Cross Paroket and you reach Tiferet: transpersonal love, bigger than any one relationship. Above it sit Hesed (loving kindness/mercy) and Gevurah (severity/strength), the two hands of that love.
This is the esotericist's home turf.
Quick orientation. The Tree of Life maps both the cosmos and the self, from God at the top down to the physical world.
It has ten spheres, called sefirot: Keter, Hockmah, Binah at the crown; Hesed, Gevurah, Tiferet; Netzach, Hod, Yesod; and Malkuth, the world we live in.

The first veil is Paroket, the same word as the Temple curtain. It hangs just below Tiferet/Tiphereth.
Below it is psychology: thinking, feeling, intuition, and all your personality's machinery.
Above it is the soul.
Veils come from King Solomon's Temple. A curtain hung before the Holy of Holies, and only the high priest could pass it, ritually prepared, once a year on Yom Kippur.
Remember the Hebrew word "paroket" (Χ€Χ¨ΧΧΧͺ) meaning curtain or screen, we'll need it in a minute.
