Restaurants operate at an avg profit margin of 5%. Every table, every service & every day matters.
IF we reopen, we know it's going to be a long time before things return to normal. Independent restaurants need a stabilization fund to try to survive the months & years ahead.

Very few states still permitting unrestricted dining out. Welcome news for national safety; brutal for hospitality workers. This industry is made up of over 600K restaurants, most independent, employing more people than any industry other than government. Legislators take note.
