If Flipcash works, it changes the meaning of both a community and a cryptocurrency. Today, communities create enormous social value without creating an economic asset for the people who build them. The conversations matter. The relationships matter. The culture matters. But none of that gives the early members an ownership position in what they helped create. They can build something from ten people to ten million and still end up owning nothing but their account. Flipcash changes that. It gives a community an economic memory. The people who were there early can own something that records the fact that they were there early. The people who spend years making the community better can participate in the value they helped create. A community stops being merely a place people visit and becomes something they can build together. That alone would be a profound change to the internet. But Flipcash also changes crypto. Crypto has spent most of its history searching for things to tokenize. Projects create tokens and then try to manufacture a reason for people to care about them. The asset comes first. The community is assembled afterward. Flipcash reverses that order. The community comes first. People gather because they want to talk, belong, create, compete, learn, laugh, build, or simply be around one another. The currency exists because the community exists. Its utility is not invented afterward. It is embedded in participation itself. That gives crypto something it has rarely had: an organic source of demand. Bitcoin showed that a community could rally around a scarce digital asset and make that asset extraordinarily valuable. But Bitcoin was one community and one asset. Flipcash asks what happens when that architecture becomes a primitive of the internet itself. A running club could have one. A group of artists could have one. A game guild, a school community, a neighborhood, a fandom, a group chat that unexpectedly becomes a movement. Most will remain small. Some will disappear. Some will become deeply important to the people inside them. A few may become enormous. And every one begins again. That may be the most important part. The great frustration of ownership is that history compounds. The best companies were started years ago. The most valuable land already has owners. Bitcoin was cheap once. If you were not there, you were not there. Flipcash does not abolish the advantage of being early. It preserves it. The people who see something before everyone else, contribute before everyone else, and help make it valuable should benefit. What Flipcash changes is the finality of being late. You can be late to Bitcoin. You can be late to Facebook. You can be late to Manhattan real estate. You can be late to a particular Flipcash community. But you cannot be late to the creation of communities. Human beings will keep finding new reasons to gather. New cultures will form. New jokes will become movements. New creators will find audiences. New groups of ten people will become groups of ten million. Each time that happens, there can be another scarce asset at the beginning of its life. Another chance to notice something early. Another chance to build. Another chance to own part of what you help create. If Flipcash succeeds, communities become economically ownable, and crypto finally becomes socially native. Bitcoin proved the power of digital scarcity. Flipcash could make that power available wherever people gather.

Having way too much fun with this, even though it's down the list at #80. 😎 @flipcash It's fun to see what people are building.

Today, we’re releasing Ekstra Pro. Ekstra Pro turns the cameras you already own into programmable AI. Connect a camera, describe what you want it to watch for, and create a monitoring agent in plain language: “Alert me when the checkout line gets too long.” “Tell me when a delivery arrives.” “Let me know when a customer is waiting for help.” When the event occurs, Ekstra Pro captures the relevant footage, explains what happened, and sends the alert through the dashboard, text, email, or a connected system.

TOMATO on @flipcash is way down the list, but it's a great idea. I think farmer's markets are a great place for an alternative form of cash. I can imagine signs up with "We accept TOMATO" at several booths. Only a penny right now, guys! app.flipcash.com/token/E6btk…

I’ve been working on a whitepaper that explains the fundamentals of @flipcash. It’s my Mona Lisa. Here is a draft of section 5. What do you all think? 5. Speculative Waves Some community currencies will experience waves of speculation. As a currency begins increasing in value, some people may buy hoping it will continue to rise. Their purchases push the value higher, attracting still more buyers. Eventually, momentum slows. Some participants begin selling, the price starts to unwind, and others follow. The question is what happens next. In most speculative systems, once momentum turns, participants know there is little reason for it to return. The asset exists primarily to be bought and sold. As prices begin falling, selling before everyone else becomes the rational decision. Those who remain have no clear way to rebuild momentum or expand the utility of the asset. The speculative wave becomes the end of the story. Flipcash is different. A community currency remains useful after the speculative wave has passed. People can continue paying one another with it, while also introducing new participants and expanding where it is accepted. Those who remain are not simply waiting for another buyer. They are helping expand the community and usefulness of the currency. This changes the decision to hold. Participants who believe the community will continue growing may reasonably choose to remain through the speculative wave rather than exit during it. As speculation subsides, the currency finds a new level. Those who came only to speculate move on. Those who continue using and building the currency remain. This changes what a speculative wave leaves behind. Rather than marking the end of the story, a speculative wave can leave behind a larger community, a more valuable currency, and a stronger foundation for future growth. Over time, another speculative wave may come along. Each new wave rewards the people who stayed and built.

Flipcash is the only launchpad where you can create your own currency, and use it as real money right away. Hand it to someone as cash, send it around the world, or convert it into USD without any slippage. See what everyone is talking about. There is nothing like @flipcash!

Did you ever have an idea that just wouldn't leave you alone? I did, which is why I came up with Sand Dollars on @Flipcash. The idea is that by holding, sending, or spending Sand Dollars, you can hold onto that beach vacation feeling all year. app.flipcash.com/token/6sUpd…

The reason anyone gets insanely rich is almost always because of the stock market. It certainly how @elonmusk did. And the reason they get rich from the stock market, is because 150m Americans decided they wanted to own shares of stocks directly, or through their retirement plans, or through other approaches as a way of building their net worth and trying to create a better life for themselves. One Hundred Fifty Million Americans. About 60% of adults. Effectively believing that @elonmusk and many billionaires could make them wealthier and help them achieve a better life. If you want @elonmusk , and most billionaires to no longer be that rich, convince those 150m to sell their stocks, funds, ETFs whatever. Of course you would wipe out the net-worth of most of those people, and everyone else’s savings, as the markets crashed and brought down the economy and created the worst depression we have ever seen. Alternatively There are ways to improve healthcare access and eventually make it available to all. To start - If you want @elonmusk and all billionaires to improve healthcare for everyone , ask them to stop doing business with the enormous healthcare conglomerates and to work directly with transparently priced care providers. It’s the behemoth HC conglomerates that make HC so bad for so many. (Check my timeline for more detail) Removing them would push the cost of healthcare down for everyone. Their corporate decisions impact our healthcare cost and availability. Of course if they do that, not only would our HC costs go down , and the quality of care for their employees and the entire country go up But They would see their corporate cash flow increase dramatically and we would have more millionaires, billionaires and maybe even another trillionaire when that cash flow moved from the big health care conglomerates to their bottom line, so would the net worth of the 150 million American adults that own public stocks Capitalism is better than socialism because 150m Americans can influence exactly what happens in this country.
Capitalism is better than socialism because one man gets to be a trillionaire instead of everyone having healthcare
