EmDash supports themes & plugins. But if most of its users are developers, who becomes the customer? I’ve been thinking about whether a CMS needs non-technical users before a commercial ecosystem can really develop.

If you’re using @Cloudflare Wrangler or @EmDashCMS for local development, WorkerDock might make your life easier. workerdock.app
I've made a Free Mac app for juggling local Cloudflare Workers projects. Start, stop, logs, bindings, menu bar. workerdock.app

Last year I launched svgready.com as a small free tool. It didn’t get much traffic. A couple of months ago I added multiple languages and a few more tools, including QR and barcode generators. Since then, it has slowly started getting more visitors from search and ChatGPT. German and Japanese seem to be doing particularly well. Maybe there’s something in building for more than just English, although it’s probably still too early to draw any conclusions. Analytics: dash.webtions.com/share/90bc

This is amazing Good guy Google
Google started showing how often they receive defamation claims from restaurants now. People in Germany now look at that instead of the stars to decide where to eat. Streisand effect in full gear

Added a free SVG QR code generator to SVG Ready. Runs entirely in your browser, supports custom colours, logos and multiple styles, and nothing gets uploaded. svgready.com/qr-code/

trigv.com is finally live. The iOS app is out, the website is up, and there is 1 day left in the @shipordie_ challenge. The easy part is done. The hard part starts now: improving the product, fixing rough edges, and making onboarding much better. Back to building :)

This tool is really useful: redsift.com/tools/investigat
Before launching Trigv.com, I’ve been testing normal emails, transactional emails, and marketing emails to make sure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and delivery are working properly. Boring work, but better than finding out after launch that emails are broken.

Long post alert 😅 This week started really well. Trigv got approved on the App Store, I finished the Play Store submission, and somehow came 3rd on TinyLaunch tinylaunch.com/launch/16536 Thank you to everyone who voted and supported it. I didn’t build it because I had some grand SaaS roadmap. It’d be nice if it makes money, of course, but mostly I wanted to build something useful, learn, and stop wasting time overthinking everything. The tools we have now are too good. At some point, “I need more time” becomes a bad excuse. I quit client work in 2015. It paid well, and I worked with some good clients and companies, but the stress was slowly running me into the ground. Working with @dannyvankooten, then @flowdee, and briefly with @barry_kooij helped me break away from that grind. It gave me a calmer life, more freedom, and eventually brought me to Vietnam in 2017. I'm still here in Da Nang, and still happy with that choice. Coming back to X after almost 7 years away has been surprisingly nice too. A lot has changed, but the best part still feels the same: people building things, sharing progress, getting stuck, launching, failing, and trying again. This was a good reminder that finishing something, even a small thing, feels much better than endlessly polishing it. Now, back to building as there are 4 days left for the @shipordie_ challenge 😅

Hey App developers, Anyone using mobsf.github.io/docs/ to scan their apps for security? And is this the best option?

Update : RankReady is finally approved on WordPress.org - the LLM & AI SEO Optimisations. Details : store.posimyth.com/plugins/r
We started building this because, we think WordPress sites are entering a very different phase of SEO & Site Navigation, specially with chrome upcoming WebMCP Support. developer.chrome.com/docs/ai
Earlier, traffic was easier to understand. Someone searched on Google. Clicked your result. Visited your website. You checked Analytics/Search Console and got a fair idea of what was happening. But now discovery is becoming more messy. People may visit your site less directly from traditional search, but your content may still be used, cited, summarized, or opened through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, AI browsers, and agentic browsing flows. And this is where things get important. A real visitor coming from ChatGPT is not the same as a bot crawling your site. A referral from an AI answer is not the same as a training bot. A citation source is not the same as random bot activity. An agent browsing your website is also a different signal. But most WordPress sites today are not really built to separate all of this clearly. That is the gap RankReady is trying to solve. Not to replace your SEO plugin. Your Rank Math, Yoast, AIOSEO, etc. still do their job. RankReady adds the missing AI visibility layer on top. It helps WordPress site owners understand things like: Which AI tools are sending real visitors? Which bots are accessing the website? Which sources are appearing as AI referrals? Is the site ready for AI browsers and agentic web flows? Are important AI/LLM signals being missed? I genuinely feel this will become much more important in the next few years. Because SEO is no longer only about ranking on Google. It is also about being discoverable, readable, trackable, and useful across AI search, AI answers, AI browsers, and automated agents. The first version of RankReady goes live on WordPress.org soon, will be sharing the link soon. Very early version, but this is the layer I believe every serious WordPress site will eventually need.

Lately, the internet has started feeling a little more independent again. People like @dannyvankooten and @flowdee showed years ago that small software companies could build sustainable businesses without giant teams or corporate structures. More recently, buying apps from @chrissyinspace and @VuNguyenDev reminded me how personal software can still feel when it is built by individuals instead of large companies. Wrote a few thoughts about that shift: webtions.com/the-internet-fe

We just shipped the most developer-tooling bug possible 🙈 The WP Staging CLI self-update command could no longer update itself. This one is on us: a human engineering mistake, not AI-generated code. Cause: v1.11.0 was checked as a dev build before stripping the leading v. Fixed in v1.11.1. Lesson: test recovery paths too. wp-staging.com/wp-staging-cl
