Whats the concern?
Robinhood apparently is behind an effort related to “tokenized real-world assets including Stock Tokens” for AMC Entertainment (and supposedly 190+ other companies). They are not registered under U.S. securities laws !!!!!!
I find this practice to be contemptible, outrageous, disgusting, detestable, inexcusable, vile. How can it possibly be legal? We have no connection to this at all, and do not condone it in any way.
We immediately are going to have our outside securities counsel look into this.

that's why I‘ve read all the threads, checked the blockchain, followed the crumbs and spoke to seasoned onchain sleuths so you don't have to
this is all we know about $WALLET so far:
1/ the deployer aa33 (0x542718C390Ef1E4bEB46ce2023FfaA627db8aa33)
- launched $WALLET on July 10, fee-share only, no team allo
- aa33 active ~2yrs; first gas sent June 12 2025 to fresh addr; Vlad tweeted that addr's tx 18 days later for OpenAI stock-token demo
- aa33 received funds on RH Chain block 1009 May 15 2026 (pre-public mainnet July 1, no RPC/bridge) -> this indicates early/internal access
- aa33 uses Alchemy smart-account stack (RH Chain official infra partner); deployed exactly 1 token ever… which is $wallet
- aa33 funded RH docs TSLA test wallet; sent to known Vlad demo wallet pre-leak
so far so interesting… but there is more:

yesterday‘s extreme selloff was followed by whale wallet maneuvers that happened in sync and had one purpose - shakeout salad hands and accumulate lower:

0x32a1f3b5af48eba238b13be0704e80a14cd10a22 - DCA buys via SigmaSwap (~13+ txs, 0.4-1 ETH each) during dip, now ~7,9M

/4 the fud:
there were two main issues that sparked controversy:
/4.1 the test demo wallet used by Vlad was later compromised by a mmenomic seed leak and people used this to discredit the whole thesis, BUT: aa33 is not derived from that seed → $WALLET deployer is safe/not compromised by leak; strengthens “Vlad / inner-circle personally deployed” logic. also, all the other traces that to RH employees before the demo wallet got leaked remain true anyway
/ 4.2 the dexscreener bio had a spelling mistake „robinhodod“ - this is really dumb fud tbh. anybody can update it for a few dollars. irrelevant.
TLDR: $WALLET deployer aa33 shows 2yr history with direct and indirect funding ties to RH Senior iOS Eng Richard Reitzfeld & Head of Product Seong Lee (via seonglee.eth + OpenSea NFT/FriendTech links), plus pre-public chain access at very early blick & Vlad demo wallet, the traces are real, despite the demo wallet
$wallet is definitely the most exciting crypto hunt in a very long time and could be a megarunner sitting in front of our eyes if the hopium materializes. nothing is confirmed for now, but the blockchain doesn't lie.
