Another reason why Nintendo is the best gaming company out there. Never follows trends, always setting them.
Shigeru Miyamoto comments on AI, says “Nintendo would rather go in a different direction” nintendoeverything.com/shige…

Yes I've read this analysis before. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe this analysis addresses CTR specifically. CTR is the endgame in SEO. No point in being #1 if no one is clicking, and titles between 50-60 characters seem to be less likely to be rewritten. source 👇

Most plugins seem to suggest 50-70ish characters, which has less to do with SEO specifically and more to do with how the page title is displayed in the SERPs. Too long of a title won't look as aesthetic. A crisp, detailed title likely has better CTR than a long (illegible) one.

I rather prefer it myself, but I'm still early in my career switch and benefit from face to face interaction, plus social benefits of having great colleagues. Option to flexibly wfh is clutch though since I've got a little one at home.

I think the size of the audience listening to and engaging with the vocal minority should be considered as well. What % of users do WordCamp attendees represent? About 2500 attended WCEU 2023 for example.

There have been big improvements over the last 5 years. The next update will start to revamp/modernize the admin panel, plus a slew of other changes. Now is a good time to familiarize yourself with the ecosystem, because development workflows will be improving as well.

I think the @BuildWithOllie team tried to make something similar as part of their theme but were forced to make a separate plugin for the onboarding process.
