Any #nextjs experts out there who can help me with this caching/ISR question?

Did you ever hesitate to add a library like zod to your project because you didn't want to add 13kb to your bundle size for a bunch of runtime checks? With github.com/fgnass/type-assur… you get a lot of the features in just 443 bytes 😱
View Transition powered drag n' drop!
just drag events then swappin DOM,

I can't stop seeing #CSS View Transitions!
here I'm animating new `node.textContent`, letting the browser handle the morph while bringing in custom animations (and stagger) for stage enter and stage exit 🥲
try it codepen.io/argyleink/pen/jOQ…
🔵 I guess I prefer social networks with a bright theme, like blue for example:

Works like a charm, even with German recipes 🧑🍳

Today I learned: By using an HDR <video>, a website can display a very bright white, like ~7 times brighter than #FFFFFF, on an iPhone/iPad.
This can be used to e.g. show a bright QR code for easy scanning despite user’s low brightness settings.

Following up on @aleksandrasays #FutureFrontend talk on APIs I'd love to also mention github.com/fgnass/typed-rpc which is
a really really lightweight, type-safe JSON-RPC implementation that also works in Cloudflare Workers or Deno ⚡
I so much enjoyed yesterday's #FutureFrontend session by @teropa and @jevakallio on Web Audio and CRDTs! A few years ago I built fgnass.github.io/orca.wtf/ which allows for jamming together via Yjs 🎧
Will frontend development become obsolete any time soon? Great panel discussion here at #FutureFrontend about AI 🤖 – at Helsinki, Finland
The historic Helsinki Stock Exchange is such a great venue for #FutureFrontend.
Just look at these amazing control panels here on stage 🤩 – at Helsinki, Finland
😎 I did some spring cleaning and switched to a light theme to work in the sun

What a great line-up! I'm looking forward to talking about Capri at futurefrontend.com this year. If you live in Europe and plan to attend a frontend conference, make sure it's this one!
I have a rAF-driven render loop that occasionally exceeds its frame budget. The code could be split into smaller chunks. What would be a good pattern to schedule these tasks so that they all run in the same tick on a fast machine, but get split up if they take too long? 🤔
I'm looking for a good way to visualise a country's CO₂ emissions per second so that you can somehow grasp the order of magnitude. The best approach I've found so far is vimeo.com/517143623 Do you know any other good examples?
