History: the Browns are waiving tight end Dae’Quan Wright and, if he clears waivers, he has an agreement in place for the 2026 season to play for LSU, per agents Drew Rosenhaus and Kyle Lincoln.
Wright is believed to be the first player who could play for an NFL team, and then go back to play in college.
Cheering players getting injured is uncalled for.
But Deshaun should also realize that he's not exactly the most likeable guy in the NFL for other reasons.
Deshaun Watson said Browns fans booing him today was "personal," via @jsproinsider:
"Last time I played on this field I tore my Achilles and that same fanbase, they cheered."
It warms my heart to see one of my best friends get some recognition for his work on this platform.
