"In 2014, you gave me money to pay my final-year fees in COVENANT UNIVERSITY and buy my very first MacBook.
That gesture went a long way in shaping the person I am today... When I told you I wanted to pursue comedy instead of taking the oil company job you offered me, you immediately called Bovi and Alibaba to mentor me. Even though it never materialised, that gesture alone spoke volumes about the kind of man you were."

A fellow Long Covid friend, is gone.
Forever missed.
His last post was about 5 weeks ago, calling for paramedics and asking us to wish him luck
Now he’s gone.
I’m so sick of watching this disease destroy people while nothing real is being done.
Year 7. People are still dying. People are still disappearing. And the world acts as if nothing is happening.
RIP friend. You deserved better than this.
Absolutely heartbreaking to hear this morning that my mate Gavin @Gavtaraysin has gained his wings 🪽🥲
G was such a lovely person who always showed me support and kindness. I will miss my our chats, banter.
May he now rest in eternal peace ❤️

Today, I lost a truly great man, an amazing father, and a wonderful godfather.
He was incredibly supportive of me when I started my career as a mechanic and continued to be a source of encouragement during my studies in Mechanical Engineering.
I’m deeply grateful for the impact he had on my life and career. His kindness, guidance, and support will never be forgotten.
You will be greatly missed. Rest in peace, sir. 🕊️

There’s a Yahoo guy in my compound who spent over ₦10,000,000 on his traditional marriage and wedding last year.
After the wedding, everything was going well until he got into trouble with the EFCC.
Some of his property and money were seized.
When he returned, he started living a more average life because he no longer had the money to fund his expensive lifestyle.
Ever since he came back from detention, his wife has been disrespecting him because he can no longer “press money” the way he used to.
Last month, their house rent of ₦1,200,000 became due and he couldn’t afford to renew it.
He told his wife they would have to move to a cheaper place he could afford.
She replied that it would be over her dead body — she refused to live in a poor area.

If you oppose Paul Kagame, and you run to another country, he follows you there and kills you right there. He killed someone in South Africa and Germany... Today, he followed a former Army General, Robert Kabera, 50, beheaded him in Uganda and had his people carry the head back to Kigali...

They're not criminals; they're men employed by the Ministry of Works and the Anambra State govt to always stay there to prevent the vandalization occurring on that bridge...
They're not coming out of the bush; they are always there day after day... I see them there each time I use that bridge, and I can tell you, they're doing amazing work.
While riding along the Second Niger Bridge, I noticed some people emerging from the bush further ahead. The road was lonely, and although I couldn’t tell who they were or what they were doing, I felt it was safer to turn back rather than take chances.
This highlights one of the biggest concerns about travelling by road in Nigeria: the uncertainty. Sometimes, you don’t know who you’re approaching. Are they police officers, soldiers, local government task force officials, herdsmen, or people with criminal intentions? It’s difficult to tell, especially on isolated roads.
Our roads need regular security patrols, proper surveillance, functional emergency response systems, and clearly identifiable security checkpoints. Nigerians should be able to travel from one state to another without constantly worrying about their safety.
