i just think it’s messed up that some of u would rather say “i don’t want to support a problematic white author” & pirate their books instead of just finding... any other book by an author of color to actually support. the lengths people go to, to keep reading whites and not poc!

“i’m not like other girls-“ okay but i am like other girls and that’s okay. i like starbucks, astrology, instagram, fashion, philosophy, and makeup and i’m not ashamed of that at all. there’s nothing wrong with not having an individuality complex.

Whenever I write I’m basically a complete idiot who doesn’t know the mechanics of anything. For example if a character is opening a door I’ll spend 15 minutes looking up doors on wikipedia as if I forgot how they work
