I just turned 17.
recap of 16:
› Bootstrapped Virality with cofounders I met online
› Scaled it to $3M+ in revenue in 10 months
› Ran content for billionaires
› Got featured in the Wall Street Journal
› Sold Virality for 7 figures
› Finally told everyone my name is Yanal, not Alex lol
› Went all in on @contentrewards as CMO
› Helped push Content Rewards past $25M in GMV and 100,000+ people paid
› Watched clippers build their own teams, communities, and businesses
I went from building an agency to helping build the platform I wish existed when we started
Now, the goal is to help thousands of people do the same, at a much bigger scale
Homage to everyone who’s been part of the journey, especially @ivelinivn @organicbond @danvsI
17 has a lot to live up to. Back to work.

how to optimize for TikTok’s search algorithm and “yellow” trend mark
> you’ll see this appear if your video encourages an active search on a trending topic and goes semi-viral
> if you’re posting slideshows, turn on add alternative text and type a description for each slide
> for all other posts, turn on “identify similar products” and “allow visual search” settings
> goes without saying but keywordmaxx in your descriptions but don’t overdo the amount of hashtags you use (1-2 max)
> find topics by going to search -> scroll down -> “popular searches” and clicking on the refresh button to cycle through ideas
Great opportunity for everyone trenching this space.
Comment if you think you’re good enough, lets cook!

and you're not bullish?
We believe superintelligence will create significant new opportunities for all people and businesses. Meta already serves billions of people at scale and helps hundreds of millions of businesses reach customers. Today we are starting the next major pillar of our business, Meta Enterprise Platform, to help businesses use AI to grow and transform in new ways as well.

Figured it's time I introduce myself to the new followers
I'm Matt Hazim, and last month I sold my company for over a million dollars...
But a year ago this company didn't even exist
For context: i've been in the organic space for over 3 years now...
I used to run discord servers full of tiktok creators, but i barely made any money
Then I got a job offer to be the head of Content Rewards at Whop.
That's when this random kid dmed me at the time and told decided to start Virality.
It was the first clipping agency focused on connecting high priority brands to highly skilled creators
We had a quarter million creators and generated over 200,000,000,000 views for our brands
We made $3M in 10 months...
And sold it to an awesome company called UGC Ninja.
Then I became the head of growth at a 9-figure company
Until I remembered why I started business in the first place: freedom and a shit ton of money
And now, I'm building Acrune. The number one agency for organic distribution solutions and traffic generation.
Me and my cofounders have generated over 300B views and $25M.
Just this week we onboarded 3 brands, one of which is building one of the biggest online info funnels of all time
(which you've definitely seen on your ads)
I'm gonna be posting a ton more about what i'm building, who we're helping, and just gonna be providing a shit ton of value
If you need any help w/ organic content, no matter you level, DM me
And follow along if you wanna watch me build and sell another agency for a million dollars

Right when you're about to level up, you will feel like everything is falling apart
Don't fold.
drop your app / product & i’ll give you a clipping content style with a guide to target any audience you want and scale!
Logo campaigns are one of the most underrated plays in organic marketing right now
I've generated 2,000,000,000 views from them alone
The concept is simple:
Instead of paying for direct response content that tries to drive immediate downloads or purchases, you pay for pure awareness
Your logo, your brand name, in front of millions of eyeballs
Why this works: most people aren't ready to buy the first time they see you
They need multiple touchpoints. Logo campaigns build that familiarity at scale so when they ARE ready, you're already in their head
The way it works through content rewards:
Brands post campaigns where creators just need to feature the logo or mention the brand naturally within content.
The content performs better because it doesn't feel like an ad.
Viewers engage with it normally. Share it. Watch it fully. The brand gets carried along for the ride
I've seen logo campaigns generate 500M+ impressions in a month for brands that would've spent 10x that on traditional awareness channels
The ROI isn't measured in immediate conversions. It's measured in search volume, brand recall, and downstream lift across all your other marketing
If you're only running direct response campaigns (or still running billboards...)
You're leaving massive awareness on the table
Logo campaigns fill the top of funnel in a way that actually scales
I've run organic campaigns during elections and major political moments that generated tens of millions of views in under 48 hours
Here's what actually works:
SPEED is the entire game
Political moments have maybe 12-24 hours of peak attention. After that the news cycle moves and nobody cares.
The campaigns that win have content live within the first hour and every hour after that.
The ones that take a day to "get it right" miss the wave entirely
An 80% quality video in hour one beats a perfect video on day two by 10x because polish is a luxury you don't have time for
The content that hits isn't what you'd expect. Straight political messaging gets scrolled past INSTANTLY
"Vote for X" or "here's why Y policy matters" is dead on arrival because it's preachy and can (sometimes) by flagged by the platform as slander (which is where bans happen)
What works is capturing how people already feel
Reactions, memes, moments that put words to the emotion
You're not convincing anyone of anything. You're just being the voice for what they're already thinking and enhancing the distribution
Distribution has to exist before the moment, this is where most campaigns fail
They try to build infrastructure during the event
By then it's too late
The Cuomo campaign we did - 12 million views in 24 hours - only worked because the pages were already warmed up and ready to deploy
When the moment hit we executed. There was no obtuse rubber goose planning we just set a structure and got shit DONE
Framing is the difference between 10k and 10M views
Everyone has access to the same clips and news but the edge is how you position it
Two people can post the same clip and get completely different results. The angle and emotional wrapper around the information is everything
The campaigns that win aren't the ones with the best message
They're the ones with the best distribution and fastest execution
Replying to @facelessfarms
drop some sauce on political campaigns and if they effect ban rates or how do you run them profitably
It's not just TikTok
Instagram is running the same ban wave on faceless pages right now
The AI detection is flagging legitimate accounts because it can't tell the difference between real creators and spam
If your page got hit:
Appeal from browser, use a fresh email, wait 12-24 hours
Almost everyone is getting restored after appeal
my account got BANNED
on day 4 of the clipping to $10k challenge
so i try logging into my tiktok and i get hit with the white screen of death
"Account no longer available"
now i'm pissed the fuck off because not only was there no reason for this, but i also had new videos i had to submit so i could get paid
but bytedance had other plans
so i go and ask for an appeal
in the meantime i spoke to one of the best guys in organic marketing rn @facelessfarms and he told me something that genuinely shocked me:
"meta and tiktok are doing massive ban-waves for AI content. even clips that aren't made by AI get flagged because the system has so much slop to push through."
"some of our accounts and theme pages have been getting banned for no reason because of this"
so it's not just me. platforms are carpet bombing accounts right now b/c they can't tell the difference between real creators and AI spam. real creators are getting caught in the crossfire
i appealed anyway. explained that there was no reason for a ban, waited
few hours later: account restored. everything intact. videos still up. views still counting
alhamdulillah
lesson learned: if you get hit w/ a random ban, ALWAYS appeal. the system is trigger happy rn and the appeal process actually works. don't just accept it and start over
now the good news
while all this was happening, my first payouts came through on Content Rewards. $90 cleared today w/ another $400+ pending in the next few days
first real money of the challenge and we started with absolutely $0 :D
AND i found a UFC theme page on instagram for sale for $50
the plan is to run UFC campaign content through it while my tiktok accounts keep building
UFC campaigns on content rewards are super undervalued rn because they pay well and editing the press conferences are super easy
one tiktok account printing. one ig account loading up. payouts starting to flow
i am more than excited that this is all starting to click together
$500 earned so far. $9.5k left
follow along
Will never be working with .@Kalshi again
But we've been consistent partners with .@Polymarket and generated them 50M+ views
The team has been super respectful and they understand how content fundamentally works
They’ve approved 99% of the content and have kept working with me and CR and paid very well
DO NOT work with Kalshi or Instinct. These guys will fuck you over
I got robbed by .@kalshi and ex-@cluely team for $100k
Here's exactly what happened with receipts
I ended up doing marketing for them via .@instinct_inc and the goal was simple:
Post content on faceless pages, get paid per view at the agreed RPM.
Listen to the guidelines and create the content
So I went to work and delivered over 180 million views (majority coming from very viral videos)
At the agreed rate of the campaign, that's over $100,000 owed
Then the ghosting started
.@elamri wouldn’t respond to my DMS for days after i told him about the payout
Then suddenly mass rejections start coming through
Videos that had been live for weeks generating millions of views, content that was performing exactly as intended, all rejected
The reason (according to the kalshi marketing team):
“We don’t approve gooner content”
What were they referring to though?
My video of one of the top 20 sportswomen in the world was deemed as “NSFW” by them and therefore not approved
DESPITE the video having 5M+ views and directly promoting them
I have 20+ screenshots of conversations of them trying to explain why and Dris refusing to pay me
Dris’ own words: "they ideally just want sports content / memes (which was later direction)"
Read that again. "LATER DIRECTION"
ASIDE from not paying me for my content and calling it “gooner content”
They're literally admitting the direction came after I'd already delivered
After the views were already counted. After they realized how much they'd owe me
Videos with female athletes apparently don't count as sports to them
I asked Dris directly "so by this logic female sports doesn't exist?"
His response: “tried mentioning this earlier will try to see if sent"
It's been 4 weeks of ghosting now
I’ve not been paid anything after generating 200M views I've tried handling this privately but it’s genuinely getting to a point
Everyone I mentioned is at fault here because I've been ignored, ghosted, and had 100 excuses made on why I couldn't get paid
To the Instinct and the Kalshi team: you know what you owe.
It’s VERY scummy of you to think you can get away not paying marketers what you owe them
Will never be doing business with these guys again
Ok I'm just gonna leave these screenshots here
Dris said he’d also payout 20m views for the meme betslips
But he didn't
He ALSO told someone else (you all know who) that he would pay for the 96M views from the sports content
But he didn't
Every piece of content i made was according to guidelines (EVEN THOUGH THEY CHANGED MID-CAMPAIGN)
Dris, don't go around saying i posted "1600+ unrelated vids" when you know DAMN WELL that 90% of videos that came from ME were in accordance to the Kalshi guidelines
When you make so much clips on such a scale that I do it's natural to have some problems with approval and quality
(keep in mind, we DID NOT send the "bad" clips in for approval. only the ones that strictly follows)
But to the level where 200M views aren't getting approved?
This is how you know i'm being fucked with

The .@Kalshi team and CMO
They're the ones who made excuses and changed the guidelines
BUT
Dris did not do enough. Brands can NOT just change rules like that on the fly
Not to mention he ghosted me for weeks on end
200M views down the drain w/ 0 compensation
