Deserved acclaim for both the Lionesses and the Kerry Football team, but can we also just acknowledge how great the last stage of @LeTour was yesterday? And if this the last time we have it on @itvsport, then @nedboulting and @millarmind et al left on a high. Thanks lads.

When the stock room was bare for a few weeks it felt like I was letting Ian down.
But bit by bit I’m trying to continue the amazing company he started. I’m painting, I’m fixing (bits, Mark is the expert), and most importantly I’m quoting for new bikes…

Thank you @LouHaigh for making this vital point. Five people are killed on our roads every single day, on average. We would not tolerate this level of harm in any other aspect of our lives
Very important line here from @LouHaigh on road safety:
"We treat road safety in a way as if it is somehow a natural accident. If the number of people being killed or seriously injured on our roads, were being killed in any other way, we'd be treating it as a pandemic."
My insistence on telling everyone about @PSB_HQ and how amazing they were at @TheWaterside1 has been heard.
It's my birthday today, and having seen the tour screenprint hanging at home, my Mum took a photo, baked a cake and decorated it like this...

The SpaceX booster capture thing is all very impressive, but have we all forgotten that Thunderbird 1 was doing this and so much more back in 1965?

Did she take responsibility for leaving the passports somewhere a puppy could get to them?
No. She got rid of the dog.
What an awful person.

As i use my Grav-i-Ti for *everything* I keep guards on all year. Sorry purists.
But, I have a cateye light bodged on using the blendr mount. Problem is it rattles. Fixed with some spare bar tape that all cyclists have "just in case". (See also; bits of chain)
Worked a treat.

Undoubtedly one of the most important videos we've* ever made.
Within the first minute, you'll be alarmed at the general public perception of the danger cyclists pose to them vs cars. It's incredibly enlightening, and shows how much needs to be done to change the way we all live.
•nothing to do with me, but a GREAT job by the team at GCN.

Beautiful morning for the slightly longer route to vote... but then I always take the long way on (my now clean) @NorthRoadCycles.
Wore my favourite @RNLI tee, to make it clear who I didn't vote for.

The last few rides on the @NorthRoadCycles Grav-i-Ti have been really good fun. Some solo, some with friends, some with family.
This weather can stay... or im going to chase it. Either way, im loving dry gravel rides.
Sometimes, you find an exciting new route. Other times, not so lucky. This isn't a bridleway I will be riding again soon... but will be feeling tingles from the nettels for a while.
But no route could ever wipe the smiles my @NorthRoadCycles brings. It's just incredible.
