ALT Artwork of the Poster Children album entitled “Daisychain Reaction” released in 1992. Engineered by Steve Albini at Electrical Audio recording studio in Chicago Illinois. The artwork for the album cover is as follows: The background/overall color is a deep Blue. On top of that blue background is a black and white photograph of Sunflower. So it’s just a big round Sunflower. But black & white…like the image pulled from a photograph’s negative or an X-Ray. On top of the sunflower is four, fully-centered lines of copy written using just one/the same-sized, bold, sans-serif font with the same overall kerning/spacing. Line #1: POSTER Line #2: CHILDREN Line #3: DAISYCHAIN Line #4: REACTION The copy is in full color with a full-color photo of the same Sunflower used for the background within the bold lettering. So the album artwork is really just a color photo of one Sunflower…within the centered copy…surrounded by the rest of the same sunflower…which is in black and blue.
