Just did another TRE (Trauma Release Exercise),
45 minutes ago and I'm blown away.
I feel SOOOO much lighter in body - mind - spirit
than 45 minutes ago.
I'm smiling for no reason,
im sitting up straight in my chair (not sure why but it feels good af).
This is my third week doing it and today was honestly a game changer.
The shakings were strong and so was the relief afterwards.
Gonna keep doing it until new year at least and keep you guys update.

"Protect your energy" has become the most spiritual way to avoid people
> Not every uncomfortable person is draining you
> Not every trigger is a red flag
> Not every conflict needs a boundary
Sometimes the discomfort is yours
And the people triggering you are just showing you where you're still holding on

You meditate every morning
So why are you still triggered by 10am?
Because you're practicing peace in the one place nothing happens
The cushion is easy
Life is the test
The email.
The bank app.
The comment that stings
That's where presence actually gets built
Don't leave your practice on the cushion
Bring it to the moment it gets hard

This one question taught me more than my master's degree at university:
"Where is it in your body right now?"
The story is in your head.
The truth of this moment is in your chest.
Ask it next time you're triggered,
then just observe, feel and let go.

I hope I'm not the first person to tell you this:
your life will 11:11x when you learn to give your full attention to one thing at a time and stay in the present moment.

"Just stay positive" might be one of the worst pieces of advice out there
Because what it really means is:
> Don't feel the fear
> Cover up the sadness
> Smile over the frustration
And for a while it LOOKS like it's working
But the feelings don't leave. They just go underground
Then they come back as tension in the shoulders, a short fuse, a heaviness you can't explain
Real peace doesn't come from feeling GOOD..
It comes from being okay with whatever you feel
Let the bad day be a bad day
Feel it fully.. don't decorate it
It passes faster when you stop pretending it isn't there
The tough part is realizing all that positivity was just a nicer-looking way of running from yourself

For the next 30 days, every trigger is a bell calling me home to the simple sense that I AM. When worry, desire, fear or a story starts taking over, I'll stop and recognize that I'm already here. I'll let the feeling be exactly as big as it is, then take the next useful step. And when I forget, which I will, I'll come back again, and again.

First, you lose yourself in the dream. Then, you wake up from it. And finally, you learn to dance in it.

You need to be presence-maxxing. Putting the phone down. Feeling the boredom. Relentlessly coming back to this moment. Nobody wants to die realizing they were never actually there for their own life.

Mike Tyson said the "God molecule" killed his ego—and changed his life forever.
I didn’t believe him.
So I smoked it too.
In 20 seconds: I died, met God, became God, and remembered the origin everything.
This is what it feels like to be God🧵:

Read this quote today from Adyashanti in one of his book:
"In a certain sense, enlightenment is dying into the ordinary, or into an extraordinary ordinariness. We start to realize the ordinary is extraordinary. It’s almost like catching onto a hidden secret—that all along we were in the promised land, all along we were in the kingdom of heaven"
and I kind of like it,
because the more I stay present,
the more I realize that the real gold was here all along.
