okay so if nothing changes i’m going to italy at the end of may… i’ve learnt italian on and off over the years but i’m way better at listening than i am at speaking (lack of practice), so let’s see how far i can get in these two weeks!!! 🤓🤩

i find it super interesting when languages do this… it’s called metathesis, and there are examples in other languages (crocodile > cocodrilo in spanish, mosquito > moustique in french)

my side quests are things that you can start and finish relatively quickly… on a day/weekend. for example - go practise archery - go to an astronomy meeting and look at the stars things like “run a marathon” are more like main quests cause they take a lot of time and effort 😭
