Today, TON Strategy announced we have entered into a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan under our existing $250 million share repurchase authorization.
This plan is designed to facilitate share repurchases over a two-month period beginning July 1.

Consistent with what we communicated to @tonstrat (NASDAQ: $TONX) investors in our PIPE fundraise, the company will grow $GRAM per share by staking & intelligent capital allocation.
When our stock trades at a premium to NAV we can issue stock (under our ATM program) to buy more $GRAM.
When our stock trades at a steep discount to NAV (as is the case today), we can buy back stock.
Both of these operations grow $GRAM per share as well as intrinsic value per share in USD, ceteris paribus.
We are thrilled to see the market’s positive reaction to our initial (and arguably, well overdue) programmatic 10b5 buyback announcement.

Today, TON Strategy Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Wilson as our new Chief Executive Officer, effective May 4, 2026.
Wilson is a senior fintech executive and global markets professional with more than two decades of experience across financial markets, institutional trading and digital assets. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of Integral Digital at Integral Development Corp., where he led the firm’s cryptocurrency trading and blockchain-based initiatives globally.
His appointment comes as TON Strategy builds on the treasury framework established in August 2025, with Toncoin staking already in place, a treasury generating meaningful staking revenue, and a continued focus on increasing $TON held per share over time.
