$GTVH and if the lambo dealer never paid for the car to begin with what right do they have to repo it? $SNTX @DSECTexas belonged to Leo, he was never compensated so he can put it wherever he wants at this point, IMO. Seems he’s chosen @SuntexCorp
Doesn’t matter what they said, they didn’t compensate $GTVH @GTV_Inc shareholders for the asset so they quite frankly don’t have the rights to the asset at all. Correct me if I’m wrong, but you walk into a lambo dealer write a check the check bounces & lambo goes back 😉 u pay

$SNTX The show I’ve been watching for a year has been Arizonans vs Texans. Sand vs Dirt. Real builders vs. fake ones.

$SNTX $GTVH I swear, someone should write screenplays about these OTC sagas. I guarantee Hollywood would picked them up. 😎

$SNTX please show me where $GTVH paid Leo Garza the $4M for DSEC. They never did because it was spread across a 3 to 5 year term. Kinda hard to own something you never paid for. PS I meant Leo not Tony.
no they didn't belong to leal they belonged to $gtvh share holders , its a corporation not a private company as CEO he works for the company not owns it ??? and what about the revenue these companys made where is that money ?????it belongs to $gtvh

$SNTX from what I gather, DSEC stays with SNTX in exchange for the following. - Beverage division return to $GTVH (No payment required for that) - Preferred Control Block. - TRO dividend shares paid to clear court issues. - shareholders get 2.6B shares cancelled by M3/Prima. IMO this is reasonable exchange for DSEC. Since it belonged to Javi and Tony anyway.

$SNTX considering he’s Mexican, maybe you all should check your spelling.

$SNTX I like Donk, so I respectfully disagree. There is a big difference between receiving them and @javilealoficial cancelling them before FINRA approved their distribution. M3 may have been entitled, but gave them up for the control block. They never technically received them. M3 received something else.
And M3 apparently got their shares and traded them for controlling block of $GTVH.

$SNTX @javilealoficial I just wanted to say I understand the need to use those 30M shares to lock up the Texas land. Good Job! Especially with the $7M capital need up north to close the Royal Lakes majority ownership deal. Good Luck with it.

$NIXX Anyone know why Nixxy’s Joe Conlon has not filed the Form 3 he’s required to file for the 50K RSU’s? Be helpful if I knew who he was exactly. I’m not sold he is the guy from Hastings, although that Joe Conlon has experience in Data Center building contractor services. He was supposed to filed within 10 Biz days of 9/3 and hasn’t.

$NIXX I was going to say, at least these WhatsApp bots used by the shorts to kill any momentum are gone, but lo & behold.

$NIXX very interesting mix of NIXXY shareholders w/50K or more in this chart. Grok created this for me based on SEC filings. Obviously verify them for currency. GLTA

$NIXX despite the opinion of certain folks here, I’m of the opinion these shareholders likely still have a desire to see NIXXY succeed. This is in addition Mike Schmidt who probably now has 10K personal shares and the 100K RSUs he just earned upon completing his 1yr contract. DYOR, IMO NIXXY still has plenty of interested parties in a successful attempt to get a larger footing in Nakota. Varshney Capital is an interesting shareholder.

Haha, I got blocked for this one. $NIXX
You guys aren’t telling me stuff I don’t know, I have a 10 tile spreadsheet of all the multi-personas I’ve collected over the years on IHUB. Wasn’t hard to accumulate those names and connect them. But, I don’t talk on a stock until my shares are free. Say what you want about me IDGAF.

$NIXX I can see Nixxy expanding their business relationship with Mexedia SpA to make this work. Every Hyperscale AI center needs all the digital infrastructure Nixxy & Mexedia already partner on to support customers like Yotta and others. IMO this is how they could get assistance. Mexedia SpA already needs something for their future On-chain / trading-platform angle — Mexedia has been developing a blockchain-based tokenized trading platform for telecom services (real-time proof of service, instant settlement, working-capital features). Its stated pilot verticals explicitly included “AI infrastructure.” A large project like Nakota could serve as a real-world high-volume test case or commercial counterparty for such a platform (e.g., transparent settlement of connectivity or related digital services). $NIXX this is partly why I’ll never jettison my stack. Today’s news combined with below IMO confirms my thoughts on the growth of the Telecom side and why I expect a good Q2. Nixxy clearly does not believe injecting 1/2B shares is worth cutting loose what they built over the last year. And I doubt they would try to target Nakota concurrently if there is zero chance. Nixxy was already considering themselves an AI Infrastructure company, now they get an opportunity to prove it. GLTA
The original deal had tachyon contributing $64m in equipment and a $75m via pipe and an offtake agreement with Yotta so they could raise money as needed. In exchange they had to give up 95% of the company equaling almost 600m shares. That obviously didn’t sit well with them. Building the data center with power and buying the land and permits is cheap. Building the gpu computer is billions of dollars but that is why everyone signs 15 year off take agreements so they have future income to borrow against. It’s also the most lucrative part. Millions of dollars of revenue per mega watt. I’m not sure why everyone thinks tachyon was so integral to the process. Nixxy obviously doesn’t think they were. I suppose we will see. I am not an expert in this but I think boards of directors aren’t into jettisoning a current revenue stream and blowing up a certain deal only to destroy a public company. @PeterBordes

$NIXX also, not submitting a 10Q for Q2 could reasonably be considered an action that would impair, delay or interfere with the transaction. It’s beneficial to the merger completion to not draw the ire of the SEC by not filing.
I disagree with you, they put this in the LOI for a reason. Business as usual until the merger is or isn’t executed. I expect Q2 numbers to be good because they cleared $30M in Q1, which is widely acknowledged as the coldest annual quarter for telecom traffic. My personal estimate is between $40-$50M revenue, possibly $2-4M in profit w/improved streamlining. $NIXX
