People with migraines: if you haven’t tried it, I can recommend the keto migraine diet. Gone from 8+ migraines a month lasting 1 to 4 days each to 4 migraines lasting less than a day each. (Headaches also vastly reduced.)
Today, I landed at Heathrow at 7am and picked up my new camper van at 3pm. I only slept 21 mins in the plane. I’m so excited about it, I just took the dog out at 1am to get more milk.
Over excited. 🤩
If I was to write a book about my time in the civil service, I’d call it: “What was the bloody point?”
Could work on so many levels.
You? What would you call your book?

There's a Sarah with an email address close to mine. After a couple of years of getting her mails, I now know her address, birth date, the clubs she belongs to, the interests she has, where she shops and today's gift: her signature. She's just sold her pad for 3.5 million Euros.

Migraines can sod off and keep going when they get there. Do you think living off-grid and being a hermit would help? I really think it might.
Can confirm solar cooker works fine in the UK in autumn. Have cooked soup, spiced apples, oats and a pie in mine today. (Not at the same time, obviously.)
This pic of my dog half under some PJs is my current mood.
I have a cold. So obviously I feel sorry for myself. Please would you send pet pics or nice/funny things?
I appreciate you.
I need to get up and get moving (have had migraine so lazing about) but the dog is on me. We all know it’s illegal to move when a pet is sleeping on you.
I’ve turned into *that* woman. When stressed I go to a garden centre, look at the pretty flowers and buy a bee box or something.
I did not see this coming.
I love my solar cooker. (Thanks to @halvorson and @ConfabEvents for helping me grab it while I was in the US.) Would be great if we had affordable options here in the UK. We have some (and you can make them) but not nearly enough.
Now just need to find sustainable bakeware that actually fits 😊
You can make a box oven out of cardboard: greenoptimistic.com/solar-ov… In April, I tried it and baked eggs in mine. (I have a different version now.)
