It feels really weird for them to offer this stuff which I love but also openly donate to GOP anti-gay politicians. I say this as a former queer designer at target corporate. We should hold them to a higher standard now. It’s no longer 2008.

Target has not been perfect (and if you're expecting any corporation to be, you're delusional), but from where I'm sitting, they have been unashamedly supporting Minneapolis queers for much longer than it's been cool for #brands to do so.
Look, I'm as uncomfortable with corporate rainbow-washing as the next queer, but I need to say how powerful it is that a display of gender-affirming undies, swimwear, and *compression tops* is literally the first thing you see when you walk into this @Target

The bad #COVID19 news continues in MN — partially explained by some data snafus, but mostly very real.
Not only are new cases expanding, they’re *accelerating*. Same for positivity rate, now over 7%.
