Today's @UNEP report on the environmental destruction in Gaza is just brutal. Water, air quality, and exposure to toxics have all catastrophically degraded over the course of the genocide, creating serious longterm challenges for human health + rebulding unep.org/resources/report/en…
AI in higher ed clearly means "do more with less." Instructors are asked to re-design assessments to be more authentic at the same time their capacity to do so is undermined by growing class sizes, cuts to teaching assistant allocations, shifts to sessional appointments, etc.
