The captions read 'sometimes it's just a case of being organised. What's the point in worrying? If I'm going to use energy, I'm going to use it. Shame we can't eat this at two in the morning given the new time-of-use tariff! I don't really think things have changed that much. Now's not the best time to do teh washing. Let's wait a few hours. We don't waste our money. Hey great! We saved 57p compared to yesterday! I don't know how to use less without becoming uncomfortable. My home is quieter now.'

Compared to 'formal' stores, street vendors sell more traditional foods 🥑(which can contribute to sustainability), but these tend to be the 'unhealthy' type of traditional foods. Policies should work with street vendors (not against them) to build sustainable food systems 🌽.
