You may have heard that Ebay recently removed Jeffrey Dahmer #Halloween costumes from their site. @GMA asked me to weigh in on the conversation around their decision and what to do if your child wants to dress up as something questionable for the holiday.

Do something for yourself this weekend. Find 30 minutes to call a friend (or better yet, grab lunch with a friend!). Go to a yoga class. Watch your favorite reality TV show. Do something for you, that feeds you, makes you feel something other than stress and anxiety. #momburnout
.@InsideEdition asked me to weigh in about William and Kate’s young children attending #QueenElizabeth's funeral. Do you think Princess Charlotte and Prince George were too young? #royalfamily #parenting #motherhood #insideedition #howtohaveakidandalife

Feeling this way does not mean you don’t adore your children. What we need is to create and maintain something for ourselves. And it does not matter what you do. The important thing is that you continue to center yourself, grow, and achieve things that make you happy. #motherhood

Remember when your mom would just drop you off at the mall and have no way to get in touch with you? I don’t even trust my kids to go upstairs alone.
I had the best time with @jenriday exploring the big 21st-century mom dilemma: Is being a good mom is synonymous with giving up everything that makes you YOU? The answer is, of course, no! Listen and hear how it’s possible to be a mom and have a life. jenriday.com/334

There is no ‘teacher shortage’. There are thousands of qualified experiences teachers who are no longer teaching. There’s a shortage of respect and proper compensation for teachers allowing them to actually teach.
When I set out to write my book, I wanted to focus on topics that are often ignored when we announce we’re pregnant - changes at work, relationships with our partners, how we feel about our body, etc. I’m so happy I got to sit down w/@whatfreshpod to discuss all of this and more.

My latest for WebMD
Health statistics have long painted a bleak picture for patients of color. But there's hope for the future: More medical schools are teaching students about the impact of racism in health care, and how they can do better. wb.md/3sMZ4lL
Very proud of my latest for @WebMD . We are all well aware of the tragic racial disparities in health care. I wanted to find out what medical schools are doing to change things. Here is what I found.
