We won’t turn away anyone riding to/from a cooling center who cannot pay fare between 12 p.m. & 10 p.m. during @multco's state of emergency. Multnomah County and @PortlandGov will open three cooling centers Sunday at 1 p.m. as temperatures are forecast to reach 100 degrees before hitting 104 degrees on Monday. Food and water will be provided. No one will be turned away and pets are welcome.
