On @OpenNeuroOrg, we're implementing a data retention policy intended to ensure that changes to datasets don't get accidentally abandoned. I wrote up how to see what changes are in your draft using @datalad: gist.github.com/effigies/312…

After hundreds of #OHBM2022 attendees responded to the COVID poll, I think it makes sense to talk about immediate impact beyond infection now: For how long have you been sick enough that you could/should not work?

Here is a new step-by-step guide to help you craft minimal reproducing code examples for efficient bug reporting: scikit-learn.org/dev/develop… 1. include all import statements 2. drop any unnecessary code constructs 3. use a synthetic dataset Thanks @ArturoAmorQ for the contrib!
1/n It's finally online! You can read all about the PET BIDS extension here: rdcu.be/cH4fD Together with many PET experts we developed the positron emission tomography extension for the Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS). @OpenNeuroPET @CopenhagenNeuro @Rigshospitalet

As with all publicly funded projects it is necessary+useful to assess their relevance for continued funding. We at @datalad would be grateful to learn how you rely on the software. Anything is interesting+helpful, maybe as simple as the total size or number of files tracked. Thx!

I've put together a little tool that rearranges fmriprep (21.0.0 or later) reports to make them easier to review in bulk: github.com/nimh-comppsych/fm… We also have some thoughts on QA interpretation here: github.com/nimh-comppsych/fm…

I'm releasing my book, Modern Cryptanalysis, for free! swenson.io/2022_01_25_modern… It's been out of print for a while now. I've cleaned it up a slight bit and reformatted it, and put the PDF up on my site. Enjoy!
