Section 230's getting some boundaries in the 9th Cir. If a tech company makes unreasonable and negligent design decisions, the app may be considered a product with a design defect. Section 230 is not a guaranteed defense win. P must still prove causation. cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov/datasto…
