NEW! USB Power Breakout for Raspberry Pi Touch Display 2.
Allows you to power your Raspberry Pi Touch Display 2 from a USB port, keeping your GPIO pins free for HATs (because a stacking header isn't always ideal)

Looking pretty good! Thanks to everyone who has backed the project so far! crowdsupply.com/cmg-research…
I forget I have the laser cutter sometimes, was handy today for prototyping a pcb to see what a physical fit will be in a case. And yes I left the little logo in still 🤣
Happy to announce I’m now selling some of my products via @ThePiHut thepihut.com/collections/epl… super happy :-)

First of the yeah, oh joy. I really wish there was a good work around for this when you know the hardware is good.
We’re planning some decorating and my wife did some testers on the wall, inadvertently created a homage to the Microsoft logo 🤦♀️
More great work
I've finally finished the new #ReflowMasterPro oven calibration & characterisation system for the 3.0 firmware release. Here are some screenshots of the process showing the 50-100C range, but the system also characterises 100-150C and 150-200C.

Tried @JLCPCB pcba last week and damn I’m impressed. 8 days from order till delivery. Not sponsored I should add was just impressed with the service and cost!
Fantastic project!
More progress to report on the ESP32-S3 ZX Spectrum open.substack.com/pub/esp32z…
Also found the build plate tossed on the floor by the printer for good measure. I’m sure it was seeing how many failures it could get in one failed print.
Thankfully only making simple boards today but damn I forgot how long it takes using hot air vs even a basic reflow oven. Should have broke out the hot plate maybe!
