Hj você pode fazer isso através dos loaders caso use react-router/tanstack-router, e no caso do nextjs 13 existe o suporte a promises onde você pode fazer a requisição diretamente no corpo do componente. Caso esteja em uma versão antiga uma boa alternativa é o react-query.

Everyone has their own pace. It doesn't make sense to compare yourself with others who have a whole different background than you. You want to achieve your own goals, not someone else's. If someone is faster than you, then be it. You do this for yourself.
