There’s a difference between being around tech and actually knowing the thing.
You can know the vocabulary and follow every AI launch, but consuming the conversation isn’t the same as doing the work.
You don’t need to code to belong in tech. Just don’t confuse proximity to tech with experience in it.
Based on popular demand, I've updated @Muralchat with:
- Russian and Dutch language support
- Added swipeable flashcards to practice learned words
- Made the captions autoscroll so the UI stays clean even on loooong captions
Available on Apple Testflight and Google Play Store. lmk in the comments and I'll send the testflight link.
Github URL is also updated, so feel free to run locally with your OpenAI key.
I appreciate any feedback in the comments or send me a dm.

Argon and Astra are taking two different approaches to long-running coding agents.
Argon gives the agent more room to keep working. Astra carries notes across context windows.
The real test is whether either approach stops an agent from repeating mistakes it already made.
sharing this to my unemployed friends lmao
It's friday, means you can spend the weekend job searching (who touches grass anyway right?)

Opened the feed and somehow everyone suddenly writes exactly the same. Yay?
AI posts. AI comments. AI replies to the AI comments.
At this point, the dead internet theory is starting to look less like a theory.

We put GPT Sol and Opus head-to-head to see how they’d handle the same coding task, then compared the cost and speed.
Both solved it. Sol was cheaper, Opus was faster.
So the winner is… depends what you’re paying for.

Coding agents need context that survives beyond a single session.
We tested the same task in the terminal and desktop apps. The apps picked things back up quickly, while the terminal had to reconstruct what was happening.
Maybe coding agents need a different interface.
I haven’t touched Claude Code or Codex CLI in a while.
The terminal era is over imo. It's the wrong interface for coding agents. Tabs are ephemeral, but context is persistent, and managing 30 tabs is pure cognitive overhead.
I don’t really need an IDE like Cursor either. I rarely navigate the whole codebase anymore.
The new primitive is the agent, not the file.
(Codex desktop app is the best agentic UI for now. But we’re still early.)
Influencer marketing in tech is shit at the moment. It’s riddled with fake ads, promotions, growth hacking strategies, bots and people doing whatever it takes to win even if it’s pure hot shit. Lies everywhere too.
Influencers used to mean people with the ability to influence others with value not a “3 clicks to collect $50 AI slop canon contributor”
Whereas teams need champions. They want to get the word out there and they need genuine feedback, interest and usage from champions, early adopters and the right people that their product helps.
We’re taking a bet to fix influencer marketing by turning it into Growth Champions, even if the champions are paid.
From my time as a Product Manager, I loved talking to end users and they loved me too. That was a beautiful relationship.
A champion is truthful and says what it is, even if the product isn’t all that, because they care. A champion would ordinarily be interested in the product or be curious enough to want to try it out. It shouldn’t be forced.
Products that go viral and ‘sustain’ virality do so through people using, talking about, recommending and spreading the word, not 1000+ botted influencers from some platform.
I recently had a chat with the team at @mercury and realized that I was a champion and want to see them succeed. I don’t have to promote their product for a fee. Mercury needs to find more people like me, which is hard atm. I was a champion even before I signed up to Mercury because they were the only fintech provider that would open a US bank account for a foreign founder in minutes.
Influencers at scale are usually gun for hire and most times not potential users. We know this because we’ve run influencer campaigns ourselves. Product teams run early access programs and customer advisory boards. What do growth teams have?
Personally, I’ve been a champion for some of my favorite devtools over the last 10 years namely @sanity_io, @Netlify, @supabase, @Cloudflare and now @bot without speaking to anyone on some of these teams. I always ‘market’ these products for free.
We’ll find all the technology champions on the planet and incentivize them to do work they’d already do for free, starting with the first 1 million champions.
The best of you will be invited to specialized workshops on content creation, we’ll get you great gear and hold you to the high quality standards we have. The world needs more authentic opinion produced with quality.
Maybe you think I'm wrong but I’ve got insane conviction this is the way to go, and I’m putting everything towards it.
If you want to swim against the tide fill the form below to join us. If you own or run a company and want to work with growth champions, indicate interest on the form too.

Ciao 😀
I deleted Duolingo with a 1100+ streak the day I passed basic Norwegian. Duolingo seems optimized to keep you in the app so you never actually learn a language enough to use it irl
Today I've finally made the language learning app I've always wanted and it's amazing! GPT-Live-1 to the rescue.
I basically wanted an app that's purely conversation focused, doesn't speak anything but the language you want to learn and progressively goes from 'hi', 'hola', 'salut' to more advanced vocabulary naturally, while keeping track of language level.
Imagine being thrown into a Colombian village and you have no option but to speak spanish. That's what this is.
No streak chasing, no learning unnecessary words I'll forget the instant a native speaker asks me a question. I don't even care about learning grammar structures as the inconsistencies and tons of rules never make sense to me anyway.
I just have actual conversations.
Keeping this one for myself, maybe I'll make it public someday.
are u guys seeing this? there are a lot of devgtm roles
