Trotz #lehrermangel u der hohen Belastung der Kollegien, gibt es Schulen, die motiviert an ihrer Unterrichts- und Schulentwicklung weiterarbeiten wollen. Ich erhalte weiterhin regelmäßig Anfragen u finde das wirklich bemerkenswert. Für viele ist der Beruf doch eben auch Berufung.
