Treatment regret after MISTs for BPH — 15% of patients regret their choice.
155 patients (Aquablation, iTind, Rezum/WVTT, UroLift). Highest regret with PUL and WVTT. Prostate volume> 60 cc is associated with a 3-4× higher regret in those groups.
