As of 31 December 2025, MSF is still awaiting renewal of its registration to operate in Gaza and the West Bank under new Israeli requirements, including staff lists.
The Palestinian health system is decimated, essential infrastructure is destroyed, and people struggle to meet basic needs. People need more services, not less. If MSF and other INGOs lose access, hundreds of thousands of Palestinians would be cut off from essential care.
We currently support one in five hospital beds and the delivery of one in three births in Gaza. In 2025 alone, we provided nearly 800,000 outpatient consultations, treated over 100,000 trauma cases, performed 22,700 surgeries, assisted more than 10,000 births, and distributed nearly 700 million litres of water.

We deplore racist attacks at home for the same reason we deplore genocide abroad: we believe in the equal value of human life.

This is the final plot 8 (H1) of the former Heygate estate. @lb_southwark agreed to sell it to @Lendlease for £6m with payment due upon commencement of construction.
@lendlease just sold it to another developer for £42m. @lb_southwark still hasn't received a penny of its £6m.

Speak out - name it as genocide - and then act. End all arms sales, impose a wide range of sanctions and call for the arrest and trial of all those guilty of war crimes, including prime minister Netanyahu.
Absolutely horrifying. Palestinians gunned down while trying to access food. Leaders across the world have a duty to speak out against these continuing atrocities.

The situation for Palestinians in Gaza is beyond description, beyond atrocious & beyond inhumane.
A policy of siege & starvation makes a mockery of international law. The blockade against humanitarian aid must end immediately.
This is a moment for moral clarity & action.
