The exhibition DIS-RUPT-URES by Beirut Urban Lab at Beit Beirut’s Urban Observatory will remain open until the first week of January 2027.
You can visit anytime during Beit Beirut’s opening hours, Wednesday through Sunday from 12:00 to 8:00 pm.
Representative(s) from Beirut Urban Lab will be present for guidance and additional explanations Friday through Sunday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.Guided tours are available for large groups, schools, universities, organizations, and institutions in English and Arabic.

The Beirut Urban Lab, in collaboration with the Beirut Growth Lab, publishes the Rent Benchmark for Ras Beirut. Developed through the City of Tenants project, the benchmark draws on rental data reported by tenants to estimate expected rents across Hamra, Manara, Ain El Mreissé, and Jounblat.
It provides prospective tenants with an independent reference for assessing and comparing rental offers based on apartment size, location, quality, and other housing characteristics.

Nabatieh: A Situational Analysis
The Beirut Urban Lab publishes this report today in partnership with @TPILebanon to raise awareness on the multiple layers of life that shape one of the major urban agglomerations in South Lebanon undergoing brutal Israeli assault: Nabatieh. The report examines the city’s long history of violence and displacement, its planning trajectory and urban form, the actors governing it, the impact of the 2024 war on its fabric and the recontruction initiatives that were underway before being halted by the 2026 war.
