The “just buy more” tactic really does work wonders in your Amazon business.
I have been spending like an absolute degen the last few months and the results are mind-bending.
Lesson learnt: trust the process and leverage more capital!

Add some supplier term into the mix and you can super charge your cash flow cycle.
Yes you can, through leverage.
When used correctly, it’s one of the most powerful things for resetting an out of sync cash flow cycle.

So many complain about the cost of ungating. I would argue the cost of NOT getting ungated is far more punitive.

Number one rule, you can’t receive if you never ask and don’t be scared that you might offend someone. I came in 50% of my supplier asking price all the time and you be surprised how often they accept my offer.
If you ever done business with someone and they got offended by your offer, that’s a them issue not a you issue.
Business is business don’t take it personal we all trying to make a buck out here
100% this btw. Many will just cry price tankers but in reality we're just not giving 10-15% of our bottom end to a prep center every month so your minimums just can’t compete

Usually by 5pm est, we would end the day 80-100% plus that.
Usually by the time I wake up (noon) I am around 2.8k in sales but wanna be at 5k to do consistent 15-17k days.
I love low ASP since it push out a lot of side WS business that use a PC, they can’t compete in production cost.
