Changing lives in so many ways it is just impossible to keep track. Although it did not go according to The Plan, it is going to A Plan.

DEAR CHRISTIANS, HINDUS, BUDDHISTS AND PEOPLE OF EVERY FAITH: I HAVE REACHED MY BREAKING POINT. Effective immediately, I no longer identify as a Muslim. The killing of the Bangladeshi couple has deeply traumatized me, shaken my beliefs and forced me to confront questions I can no longer ignore. Between love and an AK-47, I choose love. Between humility, kindness and a machete, I choose kindness. Between embracing my neighbour and spilling their blood in the name of God, I choose humanity. I am ready for my pork, my beer 🍻, my hugs, my laughter and the freedom to love my neighbours without fear. I want to sit with happy people, respect different beliefs and live without being told that somebody must die because they offended another person's God. ALLLAH DID NOT CREATE HUMANITY SO THAT HUMAN BEINGS COULD ENSLAVE, TERRORIZE OR SLAUGHTER ONE ANOTHER IN HIS NAME. I am an African. A proud Kenyan. A Luo. Before any religious label, I am a human being, and I refuse to surrender my conscience to any ideology that demands blood as proof of devotion. I cannot accept killing in the name of God. I cannot accept shooting in the name of God. I cannot accept decapitation in the name of God. If your understanding of religion requires me to become a murderer to prove my faith, then I want no part of it. If God needs me to kill on His behalf, I have serious questions about the god being presented to me. My heart is tired of religious arguments that turn human suffering into a theological debate. A dead person is not brought back to life because someone quotes scripture. A grieving family does not find comfort in explanations about sacred places. Brutality does not become righteous simply because the perpetrator claims divine authority. I want a world where Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, atheists and people of every other conviction can live together without fearing one another. I want faith that produces compassion, not terror; humility, not arrogance; peace, not bloodshed. I will not pretend that every religion or religious community is responsible for the actions of its extremists. Nor will I condemn innocent people because of the beliefs they hold. I will question, without apology, every ideology, institution and authority that excuses cruelty in the name of the sacred. MY HUMANITY IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. MY CONSCIENCE IS NOT FOR SALE. NO RELIGION WILL CONVINCE ME THAT ANOTHER HUMAN BEING'S BLOOD IS THE PRICE OF MY SALVATION. I choose love. I choose kindness. I choose Africa. I choose humanity. And I refuse to be ashamed of choosing life over religiously justified violence. – at Ruiru, Kenya

All my life I’ve respected every religion and I continue to do so, lately we are being accused of being Islamaphobic just because we are clear that we don’t want these foreigners coming into our country with their extremist beliefs and ways of life… South African Muslims are not like them and that’s why we have lived together as one all along!!! Also, I’ve been on social media for a very very long time and almost every single religion has been criticised and has trended for all the negative things people don’t like about it… I remember Catholics trending negatively when the Pope died… people said all kind of things, it wasn’t called Catholicaphobia? I remember AmaNazareth trending for Fanta and marriages of young girls… people made such a mockery of this religion and some people still do but it’s not Shembephobia? I remember abasindisiwe trending for the Pastors lavish lives and false prophets and prophecies… until today ppl call them names and call them very evil but it’s not called Christianaphobia? In all of these instances not even one of these occasions are called a PHOBIA… Infact the arguments and insults would go on for days without anyone claiming it’s because they are hated or whatever! I don’t understand why ppl can question, criticise and doubt other religions without being labelled but in this case it’s considered Hatred and a phobia?

We are in Bronkhorstspruit this morning to engage with traditional leaders, religious and community leaders about the Bronkhorstspruit Water Treatment Plant water crisis and the City’s response. The delegation includes iKosi Mkhambi II Mahlangu, the senior traditional leader of the amaNdebele Ndzundza Sokhulumi Traditional Authority . This engagement forms part of our continued effort to increase awareness about the water alert to communities across Region 7. Our health workers are on the ground in different parts of the region. Residents are advised not to consume or use water supplied through the plant. The water must only be used to flush the toilet. @CityTshwane

Dr Nasiphi Moya is the Executive Mayor of the City of Tshwane, the issue of contaminated water that has led to 403 People being sick from consuming water from the Bronkhorstspruit dam, didn’t give her a reason to hide. But instead she took the full blame, as is she is responsible for how others must do their jobs. This is pure sabotage and political driven agenda. Now pay special attention to the political parties, that are calling for her removal. They knew what they were doing, when they called for this sabotage. Coalition government that involves monsters from the EFF, DA and. ANC was never a solution.

The City of Tshwane Mayor, Dr Nasiphi Moya, has taken responsibility for what she describes as negligence by municipal officials after the Bronkhorstspruit Water Treatment Plant ran out of chlorine. tinyurl.com/ywftbky7

In past year, since February 2025, we’ve steadily increased the budget allocated for maintenance and upgrades at the Bronkhorstspruit Water Treatment Plant by over R100 million. Rand Water has been appointed as an implementing agent. Only R1 million had been budgeted for maintenance at BWT plant in the previous years- far short of what was needed to maintain an aging facility that is over 60-years old. We believe the most sincere apology to residents of Region 7, Bronkhorstspruit and surrounding areas, should focus on remedying the situation. @CityTshwane

I am on the ground at Dark City Clinic in Ekangala, Region 7, engaging public health workers and community members as part of our ongoing response to the Bronkhorstspruit water crisis. Together with senior City management, I am assessing the public health response, overseeing the provision of safe alternative drinking water and ensuring that residents receive the information and support they need. Our priority remains protecting affected communities, preventing further illness and restoring a safe and reliable water supply. @CityTshwane

I am deeply disappointed by the continued attempts by former Executive Mayor Cilliers Brink to exploit the water crisis in Bronkhorstspruit for political advantage, including through misleading claims about cholera. At a time when residents are understandably concerned about their health and safety, Mr Brink has chosen to amplify fears of another cholera outbreak without adequately explaining the scientific findings available to date. Let me be absolutely clear: cholera has not been identified as the cause of the gastrointestinal illness outbreak in Bronkhorstspruit. @CityTshwane

If we're a Christian country that means we get to ignore what you say because you're a woman and the Bible says women should remain quiet and not speak over men. Problem solved!
Our National Anthem is a Prayer "Nkosi Sikelela iAfrica" not Allah Sikelela iAfrica ,this is a Christian country
