Follow Progress Toronto over on blue sky. And after you follow them, please consider a donation. They do great work
Why do conservatives want to start a right-wing version of Progress Toronto? Because together we make it harder for them to win. With a small budget and many volunteers, we let voters know the truth about conservative candidates. Read The Star article ⬇️ thestar.com/news/gta/how-a-t…

Think I am about done here. Just joined Bluesky sky at @eadydon.bsky.social. See ya over there. After a couple of hours over there the grass seems bluer. My mom always said “if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything”. She was right.

Bye bye Furey 👋👋 Furey thought he'd win on name recognition and wanted to avoid running on his harmful record. We didn't let that happen. Our incredible volunteers dropped 22,000+ flyers telling voters the truth about Furey! When voters learned the truth, they rejected him.

As a long-time downtown Toronto cyclist who also owns & drives a car in the city, I think have some insight into what drives some people to rage against bike lanes in the GTA. I honestly feel that root of anti-bike lane sentiment is jealousy. 🧵 #onpoli @PrabSarkaria

Thanks to my fabulous @PaliareRoland colleagues who rushed to the polls to exercise their franchise. We don't make people vote or tell them how to vote, but I'm so grateful to work in a place where everyone takes self-regulation seriously!

This is absolutely the right take. Ontario lawyers take note
Bencher election voting starts tomorrow. For those (like me) who oppose Stop SOP / Full Stop and everything they stand for, the 2019 election is often discussed as a worst case scenario. But the reality is that 2023 could be worse. A thread… 🧵

We campaigned in 17 City Council & TDSB races across the city, working hard to deliver votes. We're still waiting on results in close races and so far there are 11 new Progressive Champions elected to City Council & the TDSB. We couldn't be prouder of everyone's work tonight. 2/2

1) Okay, so the Ontario Gov't just announced parents would get $250 per kid to "enhance learning". Let's look at one example of what that money could do if it was directed to schools instead of used as a political bribe to parents.

11) why do they need private tutoring? Because their kid's friggin math class has too many kids in it and the kids can't get the help they need. So starve the school system so parent's are forced to spend $ to "enhance their kids education". This is privatization by stealth.
