On this evenings run came across a lady with a dog. She picked up the dog and said “oh he’s ok but likes to run along with Joggers” !! Joggers, Joggers I was running 7:30 min miles I am a runner not a Jogger 😜😝

It is still planned to run Race 5 at Roundhay on Sunday Don’t forget your chipped number, and keep it for the relays. The junior courses are unchanged, but the senior are now avoiding a fallen tree. Details on the website. Please retweet
